Marc Zola, LMFT & LPC | Counseling for Hearing Loss: Help is Available

I have worked with many individuals experiencing hearing loss as well as couples and families learning to adjust to the hearing loss of a family member. Your personal story is of course unique, but there are similarities among those learning to cope with hearing loss. Having grown up in a household with a parent who experienced adult-onset hearing loss, I know all to well that the way families attempt to re-organize around hearing loss, sometimes makes things worse.

eTherapy (online/internet counseling).

The internet is truly a blessing for people with hearing loss. From access to hearing loss resources to social communities the internet can be a source of information and personal connection. I provide both face-to-face counseling via webcam and via internet messenger (IM). I use Skype, Apple iChat, and Yahoo Messenger. Most people I work with online are located outside of Oregon. eTherapy is not for everyone. Please review the eTherapy Agreement. To learn more about eTherapy read
